The former 12th player of the ATP rankings Dominik Hrbaty and the head coach of the LOVE 4 TENNIS Academy Erik Csarnakovics were in the TV series “Tennis School”of the television DIGI Sport. They analyzed a very important shot from the perspective of modern tennis: an inside-out forehand.
“In these exercises, which I have showed, we have used the shots called inside-out forehands. They can be decisive in the matches. You can get into such situations when rallies are longer and when rallies are important. These are the moments, when a player has to prove his strength. He has to prove his ability to use these exercises in the matches and to decide the important moments of the game. Don’t perform poorly on the court and always bring something more into the game. Then you will be able to finish the rally and gain a point which you need,” explained Hrbaty.

One of the most successful players of the Slovak tennis history has offered our Academy L4T the possibility of cooperation. It’s an honour for us to announce that the icon of the Slovak tennis, the former 12th player of the ATP rankings Dominik Hrbaty, has offered us the possibility of the special training program under his supervision in our Academy.

“I like how it works in L4T. Guys provide trainings, fitness preparation, stretching exercises, yoga and massages or the help of a mental coach and a psychologist. That’s why I have suggested to cooperate with them, so I am going to lead a tennis player, a coach and parents in the right direction,“ said the winner of the six ATP tournaments Dominik Hrbaty.
Erik Csarnakovics, our head coach and the owner of the Academy, is revealing how the cooperation is going to work. “We were looking for the way how to handle and use the experience of a skilled tennis professional for the benefits of our players. Dominik has offered us an idea of training camps (weeks) during which he would help our players. He would evaluate their technique, movements and tactic thinking on the court. Based on this analysis, he would suggest what to do to achieve the progress in the tennis career of an individual and advise what should the player be focused on in the near future.”
