Dominika shares exclusive tips how to stay healthy and without injuries during her tennis career. She has been doing special compensation exercises given by her physical therapist for the past 8 years. These exercises are called DNS (Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization) and are Dominika’s everyday routine either before a tennis practice or a conditioning training. Since she dedicades 30min to these special exercises everyday, she has not had any muscular injuries! Our Academy also focuses on teaching these exercises to our players as injury prevention method.
