The last tournament you were playing was in St. Poelten at the beginning of September. Why?
“After that I was playing Czech extraleague for Ostrava for four days. Then my knee began to hurt. Doctors said that I should take a break.”
For how long?
“For the whole September and a part of October. I was resting, rehabilitating, there were no trainings. I’ve started to train with my brother Peter at the LOVE 4 TENNIS in October, but I have to use to the new bandage I have on my knee. I played once a day from the one spot and with easy movement. I have to rehabilitate also to have stronger legs and muscles.”
You were also training at the TC EMPIRE Trnava club…
“Yes, I was there twice. When it is be possible, I will go to Trnava once a week to train with Vivien Juhaszova and Barbora Kotelesova.”
What are your tournament plans for the near future?
“I want to play ITF tournament in Zawada, Poland ($25,000) in two weeks. I hope I will be in qualifying for that tournament.”
You had more free time as you studied. What exactly?
“Media Communication at the Paneuropean University. I’m in the second grade. It was recommended to me by the Slovak tennis players Nikola Vajdova and Michaela Pochabova.”
You’ve managed to take a photo with Ivan Lendl, Mansour Bahrami and Peter McNamara, the hosts of Tennis Champions show in Bratislava. How did that happen?
“So… I caught a ball from John McEnroe when I was in the audience. There were four of us and we had the opportunity to have a photo with players (smile).”
