Jurikova wins third ITF title this year, overall her ninth

LOVE 4 Tennis Academy player Lenka Jurikova is on fire. After winning ITF title in Slovenska Lupca last week, she lifted the trophy at 10 000 USD ITF tournament in Poertschach, Austria. Without dropping a set!

For Lenka, tournament win in Austria is her third this year. Earlier she won the title in Prerov, Czech Republic in June and in August she came on top in Slovenska Lupca. “I felt great, I am profiting from all the hard work we have done recently. My coach and my boyfriend in one person Michal Milko has done a fantastic job. He was with me in Austria as well. I liked the tournament and the facilities, which is also very important,” said Lenka after the tournament. She beat talented Czech player, 19 years old Miriam Kolodziejova 6-1, 6-2.
“Today’s match was my best, although result does not suggest so. Opponent played really good tennis. I had to fight from the beginning until the end. I am very happy how I played last two weeks,” added Jurikova.
Lenka plays next week at another 10 000 USD tournament in St. Poelten, Austria.
